I had to share one more image of Jesse from her senior session in the snow. I absolutely loved her faux hat and it was just perfect that it was snowing for our senior session that day.

Senior Winter Session with Jesse Part 2

Something about a senior session that is so much fun. Especially when it’s snowing. I think because when a senior books a session, they’re excited to pose for the camera and be top model for the day. Seniors also love fashion, so I can always count on their looking their best. Even if it’s blue jeans a sweater and a fun faux hat.

Maternity – Katie’s Expecting the Birth of her First Child

One of my favorite sessions to photograph is maternity. Capturing the pure joy, anticipation and excitement that a mother feels after carrying her child for so long is a wonderful experience to share. Katie was another one of my stunning mom’s to be who gave me this honor. I’m so looking forward to the arrival of her little one.

Jesse – Teen or better known as Senior Photography

Portraits outside in the winter can be wonderful and just a little different then the usual warm weather photos or fall colors. I decided to head out with Jesse for her senior session today while we still have a little snow. I wish we had lots more snow for this portrait session but at least it was warm enough and there was still a dusting to certainly remind us that it is winter.

I spent the morning at ISIS looking at some fabulous dresses for my own special occasion coming up. I’m so excited to be celebrating our 25th anniversary this February, especially since 2 years ago I was told that I had Cancer and that it was terminal. With the grace of God, and some fantastic doctor’s, I think I can finally say (after one more surgery) that I am cancer free. Wedding Groups and all the laughter that goes with it

When I first starting wedding photography, an image like this would not have made it to the client. Recently, I’ve been liking the fact that images like this are not perfect. They really show what the day was like and I love the fact that the ringbearer on the left is laughing hysterically making the groomsmen laugh, yet the ringbearer on the right is not having any of it.

Bic E Dee Model Photography

It was an awesome pleasure working with this model who also attended our shoot for a company called Coco Loco Jewellery. They hand make some awesome earrings. Bic E Dee was fantastic to work with and can’t wait to collaborate on another project soon.

Face Painting and Photography

This young lady was an absolutely pleasure to work with in capturing images for her modeling portfolio. JoAnne Wright is an amazing face painter who helped out with this session in giving Cailey a little bit of an angelic look. Isn’t she just stunning?

Coco Loco Jewellery Shoot

I had the absolute pleasure of working with this fabulous model today (Lily Monster Meat)…love the name…for a jewellery shoot for a company called Coco Loco. Although this image is not going to be one used for the company as it doesn’t highlight the earring enough, I absolutely loved the shot itself.
